February’s Mental Health check in

We dedicate this episode to mental health awareness. Wes joins us to help chat about some of the issues we are all facing. We check in with each lad to see how they are currently going and how they have been going in the past 12 months. We then go through 2 stories from the audience about their mental health struggles and discuss the lessons to be learned from them. Finally, some dad jokes are thrown in to help balance the heavy episode. Enjoy.
