Rune Walk Part 2: Thurisaz, Ansuz, and Valkyrie Mist

Welcome back Nightbirds! On this episode I'm rejoined by Lindsay Starke, David Payne, and Luis Galindo as we talk about the second month of our ongoing rune walk. Here we discuss the runes Thurisaz and Ansuz and our experience spending two weeks of our lives with each of these runes. We talk about some traditional meanings of these runes, as well as our personal interpretations both before and after spending time with them on this walk. We also dive into our experiences with the Valkyrie called Mist as we called, journeyed, and spoke with her. We go deeper into Norse cosmology and the gnosis we've been receiving about these spirits. We talk about Odin and Gullveig and what it means to step into their shoes, wading into this current, in order to obtain the fabled mead of poetry.
