This week we take you behind the scenes at our Happiness Workshop that James and Rhys delivered over in South Africa. This workshop was the girls of the orphanage that we support and the kids of the wider squatter community camp. This was a follow up session to a mini-training we delivered earlier in the year.

We used the time with the kids to highlight the importance of happiness, sharing stories that backed up how enthusiasm, self-awareness and a willingness to get through tough times gets results eventually.

In this episode we share a mini tactics workshop that we delivered to look at how the kids could change some level of external activity and internal feelings that would help them progress.
