A comment made by Luke Granger in a Facebook group explaining how Google Business Profiles could be removed from map listings quickly spread. What followed was chaos. Photographers reported disappearing profiles and vanishing reviews.

Luke Granger became the face of the controversy.

Since then, he has not publicly shared his full perspective.
