Starring 90's sex symbol, Pamela Anderson, Barb Wire (1996) is a dull and self-serious comic book actioner that failed to catapult Anderson's career to leading lady status.

While Pamela Anderson's star waned over the years, and she largely receded from the public eye by the 2010's, just last year, she received critical claim for her performance in The Last Showgirl (2024).
