011: Cat Millwood- Emotional trauma, Returning to your True Self, the Power of Reiki and a Crazy child distracting us!

Todays episode features the one and only, my wife! What was planned to be done with our 1 year old Mahley asleep ended up us talking while keeping him from scaling book cases and wanting to eat microphones, apologies for the lost trains of thought and sounds issues.

All that said, in what we can definitely call chapter one, we discussed the origins of Cats journey's from the emotional trauma of a challenging relationship in her youth to riding the challenges we faced as a couple from fertility to my breakdown. We finally landed momentarily on our arrival as Reiki practioners and touched on the effects it has had and still does on our lives, now we lovingly get to share these tools with you in our respective Reiki practices.
