In this episode of No Filter, Amy joins Kate Langbroek for a deeply personal conversation about the fifteen years it took to become an 'overnight success', why she believes the universe had other plans for her, and what fame actually looks like once you've achieved everything you thought you wanted.
She talks about growing up on the Gold Coast with young parents, the grandmother who believed in her before anyone else did, falling in love with her husband and manager Shane, navigating marriage inside the music industry, and the burnout that left her feeling as though she had nothing left to give.
Amy also reflects on finding joy in songwriting again, making her fourth album Soft Pop, and why she's finally learnt that success isn't about constantly chasing the next milestone.
