This episode is a bit of a life admin update… but with feelings.

I’m chatting about what’s been going on lately - handling some heavy stuff without fully spiralling (growth), showing up for people instead of running away, and realising I’m actually way more emotionally stable than past me would’ve given credit for.

There’s a little 2025 closure, a birthday weekend for my brother, and a lot of “oh wow, I’ve changed” moments. Season 4 isn’t about chaos or reinvention - it’s about tying loose ends, choosing joy without explaining myself, and occasionally booking a flight instead of overthinking everything.

If you’ve already quit a goal this year, congratulations - you’re normal. If you haven’t, also congratulations. Either way, this one’s about presence over perfection, strong legs, soft hearts, and proving that almost-40 behaviour can actually be elite.
