Self-Discovery: Shadow Work Journal Prompts!

Welcome back to another episode with "For the Love of 2 Hippies! Have you ever heard of "Shadow Work?" To be honest, I always thought it had something to do with things that were "other-worldly," (If you catch my drift *cough, Demons, cough, cough*) When I learned it was stuff we shove way down and choose not to acknowledge about ourselves, I was both relieved and uncomfortable to practice this important introspective tool that would aid in my own self-awareness. This episode contains 5 journal prompts that will help to aid you in your own journey into bringing the shadows forth and integrating them into your life so that you can live your best life!
