Business Ownership Always Trumps Real Estate Investing

In this episode I discuss the misconception that passive investing in real estate or in anything else is not a business; active participation in real estate is a business which just happens to be in the real estate industry. Gaining skills in how to run a business are incredibly beneficial to improving your Control, Mindset, Agency, and Legacy - marketing, sales, leadership, financials, taxes, innovation are truly valuable to learn and teach those that come behind you. AND they are essential to maintaining America and the world free for future generations.
