We will take notes during our daily journaling time and just merely observe this part of us that rarely gets explored.  Often the 'barking dog' within us, can limit our progress and stunt our spiritual growth. We discuss practical tips such as journaling to become more aware of our feelings, thoughts, and reactions, thereby helping us identify when our ego is leading the way. We also explore how to make more conscious choices, bring subconscious thoughts to the surface, and make the right decisions for our lives.
