Multiple drivers from the for-hire transportation industry have committed suicide because of the financial ruin they've faced in the wake of TNCs like Uber and Lyft. We took time to chat with Neil Weiss, the editor of Black Car News, who was close friends with Doug Schifter before he took his life earlier this year.
