A Tip For Tracking Project Hours With Screen Time

It is easy to overestimate how long a project takes when time gets split across devices and apps. Use Screen Time (especially if it syncs between iPhone and Mac) to check how many hours you actually spend in a specific app each week, like Descript. Use that number to plan tighter blocks and put the next task right after so the “extra time” does not become scrolling.
