Kelley Hunt says, "My first musical memory is of my mother's voice." She was an incredible singer and her father played bass; there was always music in the house growing up. Kelley couldn't see well when she was young and navigated by touch and sound. She started playing piano at 3 or 4 years old and could play songs by ear; she didn't have a lesson until she was 10. She says the core of a piece of music that moves you is love. "I see love as a universal energy." She says, "My intention is to spread the love through music; that's why I'm on the planet." She also says, "I haven't lost hope, I am determined. I believe in love; the tool that I have that I can best use is music."
