Mitch Lerner is an associate professor of history and director of the Institute for Korean Studies at the Ohio State University. He is an authority on American and East Asian diplomatic relations. Dr. Lerner has been writing during the pandemic and zooms into the podcast to talk about a couple of articles he has written and a book he has been working on.
