Dr. Emily Burchfield is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Environment and Society at Utah State University. Her research integrates social and environmental data, often using geospatial analysis, to understand the distributional consequences of changing climate on humans and the environment. Her current work focuses on future food and water security in the United States and the role of diversification in agricultural production.
