Praised for her dynamic, passionate conducting style, Mei-Ann is acclaimed for infusing orchestras with energy, enthusiasm and high-level music-making. She is the Music Director of the MacArthur Award-winning Chicago Sinfonietta since 2011 and a guest conductor worldwide. . Mei-Ann is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in music and she shared so much of her personal experience, which was truly inspirational.
