She also discusses how to optimize residency interviews, including the benefits of a standardized letter of evaluation, and the integration of coaching with medical education. Dr. Morgan talks about American Medical Association’s (AMA) reimagining residency grant “Right Resident, Right Program, Ready Day One,” where she is currently co-investigator and program evaluation lead.
