In this Podcast we interview Matt Burn of Better Homes, Enfield.
Enfield has not met its housing targets and is the 2nd worst performing outer London Borough in terms of increased housing stock.
There is concern that its policy of hyper density such as high rise flats has been designed to meet paper housing targets rather than to meet family needs or to offer homes affordable to rent or buy.
There is also equal concern that Enfield does not have a long term strategic plan for housing development in a time when climate change will make such a plan essential.
Matt Burn from Better Homes Enfield will join us to talk about these and other issues around homes in Enfield.
