Drink of the Week - Gin Gin Mule
Ingredients:
8 Mint Leaves
1 oz. Simple Syrup
.75 oz. Lime Juice
1.5 oz. Gin
5 oz. Ginger Beer
Optional Garnish: Mint Sprig
Steps:
1: Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice in a mixing tin.
2: Add ice and gin. Shake to combine.
3: Strain into an ice-filled glass. It is recommended to double strain but not necessary.
4: Top with ginger beer.
5: Garnish with mint.
6: Enjoy!
