CLR Show 1767. Air Date October 4, 2022. The leaders of the republican party have squandered their opportunity to blunt the impending trauma of Donald's indictment(s) and inevitable conviction(s) for the base. And they will do even less to actively defend Donald during his final demise. The question remains: What follows the demise of the current republican party? A period of heightened political violence? A rational successor organization? Entirely new political party/parties? Or a series of internally warring splinter groups claiming to be the rightful successor to and bearer of the flickering Trumpian torch? Through it all, thoughtful Americans must not lose hope.
