Dog-Gone Leadership

As a business owner in the leadership development space, Iris makes it her mission to raise awareness of the impact that dogs can have on us. She encourages dog adoptions to improve an individual’s life and leadership performance. When she isn’t working, you will find Iris hiking with her dogs in the North Georgia mountains.
Her Dog-Gone Leadership program is a practical and novel professional development program where she draws parallels between dog leadership and human leadership. This program is ideal for dog-friendly workplaces, animal advocacy groups, and organizations that appreciate transforming leadership with, from, and for dogs.
