Have you ever felt like "just" a mom? You know, when you’re trying to find your identity and purpose while you are cleaning up crumbs from the kitchen floor and pee from the toilet seat, changing out the laundry or trying to seem interested in playing on the floor with your kids...when all you want to do is take a nap or just sit in silence without anyone asking you for anything?
In today’s special episode in honor of Mother's Day, I am reminding you that you are not alone, and that you are more than the mundane parts of motherhood. I have learned 3 things in my decluttering journey that remind me of the totality of who I am - someone with a calling and a purpose. Tune into the end for a special poem I wrote called "Just" a Mom! XOXO, Emily
