Reflecting on the Challenges Facing Dispensing Practices

In this podcast Ed Kennedy who is a Managing Partner at the Wickham Surgery in Hampshire, reflects on his own personal experience of the challenges dispensing practices are currently facing and why these are occurring.  Ed also introduces his role with the Institute of General Practice Management (IGPM) and the support that is available for Dispensing Managers through this.
