Those early survival skills would later become the foundation of her leadership.

Today, she leads Workhorse Marketing, a company born not simply out of ambition, but from frustration with an industry that too often values ego over honesty. With a fully remote, all-women leadership team, Allie is building something different, redefining what aligned success, empathetic leadership and sustainable impact actually look like in practice.
