Here's the most recent schedule I've designed. I was trying to make a schedule that was going to flexible yet rigid enough to allow me to get to all the things that I'd like to work on. I haven't employed it yet so maybe it won't work well, but I'm thinking this might be the ticket for me. I'll
5:00 - Wake + breakfast
6:00 - Exercise + post workout meal
7:30 - meditation + journaling
8:30 - 12:30 - Work Block 1
12:30-1:00 - Lunch
1:00-5:00 - Work Block 2
