Connected through baseball and Cerebral Palsy over 25 years ago, i’m honored to be interviewing a hero.  This Williamsport Pa. native has been on a long-time fitness journey, (to lose weight, he just shaves his beard).  He can pick me up with his pinky, and shows us no matter your limitation, you can do it too. The question he asks is, “What is your excuse?”  He’s Nevin Grove.
