Be Discerning With Your Energy

Today I talk to you about an experience that I recently had with a Podcast guest. This experience was quite unusual for me, and it made me realize a few things. It is so super important to be discerning when it comes to who you give your time and energy to. It is also super important for you to speak your truth when someone is disrespecting you. Equally important is standing up for yourself and setting healthy boundaries with people who aren’t respecting yours. I knew that what had happened to me with this guest was a lesson. Today I talk about how I used the experience to help me learn and grow.
