Ms Downes has more than 25 years’ experience in global financial services, and is a former director of Swimming Australia and Sydney Olympic Park and as an athlete represented Australia in swimming and Hong Kong in Rugby 7s. Pippa talks about how a board should be a diverse group of people who collectively provide different perspectives and experience to facilitate more considered decision-making.
