How might these values motivate you to take small actions, to bring you closer to living the life that you want today? How might focusing on these values help you do something new and step out of your comfort zone in some way?
Jake gives us some examples of parts of our lives that used to have value like, watching TV together as a family, waiting for either that new album or song to purchase to name a few.
