On our third day discussing Blind Spots, we talk about the underlying faulty belief that most of our suffering is rooted — that the source of our happiness, joy, passion, fulfillment, love, and worthiness lies somewhere outside of us. Recognizing where we have externalized our source and releasing this is often the key in releasing disruptive and destructive beliefs that create and perpetuate suffering in our lives.
