Ben is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Ben is a 15th round draft choice of the Chicago White Sox and alumni of the Maryland University Baseball Team. Ben Brewster currently runs and operates Tread Athletics which focuses on optimizing the performance of throwing athletes.
