Continuing from Episode 484, today's episode talks about residual habits and the dangerous role they play in our recovery. Our habits, rhythms and routines must always serve a purpose. However, as seasons change, sometimes habits become irrelevant or unnecessary but we continue them without realizing it. It is important to regularly take inventory, evaluate, and assess our rhythms to ensure that our practices are aligned with the priorities of the season we are in. Without this process in place, we risk maintaining habits that ultimately dwindle our momentum in recovery.
