Cycle syncing can be described as adapting your lifestyle to your the different phases of your menstrual cycle. Changing levels of hormones including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone have a direct effect on our mood and energy. So if we are aware of what to expect in each of the four phases of the menstrual cycle - (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal), we can better plan our diet, exercise, calendar, and yes, even decluttering (as well as shopping) around the shifts in our hormones.

In-person decluttering services for the Washington DC metro area are now available! For a limited time, you can get the following for $100 (normal price $125) if you provide an honest review of my services:
- 30 minute Zoom call where we talk about the area(s) you want to focus on for my in-person visit. You can show me the space on the video call and I can give you some prep work depending on your goals for the area. That way we can hit the ground running when I arrive and you can get the most bang for your buck, so to speak.
- 2-2.5 hour in-person meet up where we go through 1-2 areas of your home.
- I will assign you some "homework" to continue when I'm gone. The package also includes 1 week follow up via text/e-mail for one week so I can hold you accountable to the homework we agree to.
