Living Your Sparked Second Half
Education:Self-Improvement
EP72: Over the past 25+ years my guest has worked with thousands of patients providing impactful change, helping them to heal and improve the quality of their life and ultimately transforming their lives.
Marian Barnick is a Registered Kinesiologist and Movement Therapist. Aside from her Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology, she has certifications from Roy Matheson and Associates, Gray Cook’s Functional Movement Systems, Kinesio-Taping Levels 1 & 2, and the Center for Research on Pain and Disability. Her expertise in evaluating biomechanics and body alignment allows her to develop corrective strategies to teach each body how to move well.
When the body moves well and in alignment, it decreases the stress and tightness that causes pain and creates limitations, it allows better energy flow, joint mobility, and muscle contractions. This improves energy, increases strength and endurance, and allows the body to reach its best potential.
Marian, who clearly practices what she preaches as she's encountered several surgeries and is facing more, is a firm believer that you CAN overcome barriers, even when when the obstacles you're facing seem insurmountable.
I enjoyed interviewing Marian as she clearly loves what she does. The joy and energy she exudes is contagious!
