As I’ve been chatting to family and friends over the last few days what’s become clear to me is that people are feeling stressed in the lead-up to Christmas, and this is being exacerbated by our old friend Covid-19 rearing its head again with the Omicron variant.
So given that background, how can we remain calm and peaceful in this time despite what's going on around us?
