Midrange decks were never good enough in the Frontier format as they were always outclassed by aggro, control, and combo. They simply didn’t have the tools necessary to compete. Now that cards like Nexus of Fate, Oko, and Field of the Dead have been banned, it might finally be time for midrange decks to shine.
