Food, food, glorious food! We are what we eat and for this episode, we take a closer look at it. We get in touch with Professor Suzanne Piscopo, a nutritionist, and Associate Professor of the Department of Health, Physical Education and Consumer Studies to discuss plant-based diets and their rise in popularity, why some people dislike veganism, and whether organic food has any nutritional benefits. As well as some handy tips on how to adopt a healthier diet!
Nika and David also find out whether honey is vegan or not.
