WholeStory S2: Ep1 - Diversity in Wholesale special with Nisa and Caterlyst

Our summer series of podcasts launches with a Diversity in Wholesale special. 

Women in Wholesale 2024 mentor, Kate Carroll, from Nisa, and FWD member and Women in Wholesale attendee, Sabia Hussain from Caterlyst, speak to James Bielby about diversity and inclusion in the wholesale sector. 

Kate discusses some of the inspirational support networks for employees in place at Nisa and says the sector is unrecognisable from 10 years ago.

However, there is still plenty of work to be done. Sabia talks about being in an ethnic minority group and how she feels both at work and at sector events. She also shares some of the initiatives showcased by Kate at Women in Wholesale she has put forward at  Caterlyst.
