Throughout the centuries, anti-semitism has plagued the Jewish people. From scripture we can read about the persecution of the Jews and the hatred of the Jews from conquering nations like Babylon and Rome. In our modern age, not much has changed. The Bible not only explains why this is, but prophesies much more persecution to come to the Jewish people before the return of the Messiah. Jews have been some of the most persecuted people to ever exist in the world. Even today through the United Nations resolutions we see anti-semitism and a disdain for the Jews.
