Kathy is a hip-hop journalist and author, with writing credits ranging from Vibe, HipHopDX, The Grammys, Rolling Stone, etc. In addition to journalistic work, Kathy recently published a new book entitled "God Save The Queens: The Essential History of Women in Hip-Hop." We discuss this work, as well as her upcoming book "Baby Girl: Better Known as Aaliyah." which comes out 2021.
