Jennings Hester is the founder of the nonprofit organization Fishing The Good Fight. Jennings' struggle with anxiety and depression began over 15 years ago. He didn't begin his road to recovery until over a decade later. Through this dark journey, Jennings discovered what resources were missing in the world of men's mental health and built this organization from that. Fishing The Good Fight is an organization that provides tools for men that are struggling with their mental health. Fly fishing, professional help, community building and financial support are all part of the core values that Fishing The Good Fight operates on. Tristan and Chase chat with Jennings about everything mental health on this episode. To learn more follow the links below.
