In this episode we delve into the archives of the Scottish Football Museum to bring you an interview with Gordon Wallace from 1999. In this Gordon talks about his upbringing, being rejected by Dundee as a youth player and going on to work his way up through the leagues with Montrose and Raith Rovers. Dundee then welcomed Gordon back where he scored their winner in the League Cup Final of 1973. Gordon also spent time at Seattle Sounders and "across the road" at Tannadice for Dundee United under the management of Jim McLean. After hanging up his boots, Gordon went into coaching and management. His most notable moment as a manager was in 1990 where his Dundee side defeated Ayr United to lift the Challenge Cup.
