In the book of Genesis we read about Jacob and how he had an encounter with God. God told him that He would not fail to fulfill every word He had promised him. Jacob had to leave his past behind, so he could move into the future God had promised.

Faith building exercise:

1. She wants to challenge you to think of ONE promise that God has fulfilled in your life.

When you do this, it builds up your faith for the next promise that He wants to fulfill.

2. Ask God is anything holding you back. If there is, ask Him how to let go of it.

Write down your promises so you can remember what God is going to do for you.

What has God promised you, He will fulfill.
