Mark Benacchi, Co-Founder of Modus Movement Studio, shares his journey with movement and tries to answer the almost unexplainable question of ‘what is movement?’. Mark tells of how he went all in to follow the work of Ido Portal, the founder of the movement culture, becoming one of Ido’s first mentees. He explains importance of being a good student and learning from a teacher. It doesn’t take long to realise that Mark has a wealth of knowledge on the subject of how the body moves and listening to him quickly forces the listener to questions what can else we can and should do with our body for the sake of our health and wellbeing on many levels.
