The University of Oregon is establishing the Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health. The goal is to improve the behavioral health and wellness of Oregon's children. A new profession, child behavioral health specialist, will grow from the Institute.
Our speaker is Ruth Ellingsen, PhD, a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oregon, where she serves as the Director of the UO Psychology Clinic and teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in psychology. She serves on the Ballmer Institute's Leadership Council.
