Rúnar Eff tónlistarmaður kom í okkar annan hlaðvarpsþátt. Hann er frá Akureyri og byrjaði sinn tónlistarferil árið 2006. Rúnar Eff gaf út albúmið "Knee deep" árið 2013. Árið 2017 tók hann þátt í Söngvakeppni sjónvarpsins með lagið "Mér við hlið". Bendum á heimasíðunarnar runar.is og psa.is
