In this episode of our Mindfulness in The Workplace podcast series, Michael Chaskalson talks to our CEO Sharon Hadley about the importance of gaining a real understanding of the culture of the organisation that you will be working in when teaching mindfulness in the workplace. Not only is Michael is a pioneer in the application of mindfulness to leadership and other workplace contexts, but he is also founder and CEO of Mindfulness Works; a Professor of Practice adjunct at Hult Ashridge Executive Education; and an associate at the Møller Institute at Churchill College in the University of Cambridge.
