James recently made a very thought provoking comment on his Facebook page:
“ Just as we are getting back in the swing of things at the Oregon Symphony, I'm being visited by my first struggles with performance anxiety in several years. UGH. I've talked to enough folks about this topic over the years to know that a lot of people who you might not expect have had their struggles with performance anxiety - even if it can feel like you're the only one going through it. If anyone else out there is having a bumpier ride with performing these days than they'd like, you are not alone!”
I decided to reach out to James to explore this idea of Performance Anxiety and hope that sharing our experiences can help other people going through similar things!
