CrossWalk - Cross Culture Church RDU
Religion & Spirituality:Christianity
If what you believed about something wasn't true, wouldn't you, like most people, want to know? The answer to that question seems obvious, but when it comes to what a person believes about God, you'd be surprised how many would say, "No, I don't want to know."
Today, as we continue in 1 John chapter 5, we come to more of John's teaching on truth. There was a great deal of untruth spreading into the church and John is combating it by helping us understand how we can know something is true. As Pastor Clay is going to explain, God has given us a witness to know His truth, and therefore to be able to recognize untruth.
